Chances are that you went down the internet-rabbit-hole, looking for answers related to health and well-being.
No worries, I was there as well; even when deep into my career as a Dietitian. Sure, I knew how to prepare a meal, and I was bringing to work what my colleagues referred to as a "sexy lunch" :) but I was still overworked, over-stressed, over-stimulated, and in a total frenzy to get things done. To keep up with chaos. To manage. To get ahead. I was sleeping poorly and at its' worst I was waking up with panic attacks. Needless to say, the healthiest dinner wouldn't be able to compensate for the mess and stress present in other parts of my life.
And I had some work to do.
While I had the advantage of being a Registered Dietitian and having a solid foundation when it comes to eating, I embarked on a journey in other areas of my life, and I realized that in some ways we have it all wrong. That was the birthplace of Eat Be Stay Well.
Eat Be Stay Well is a holistically designed counseling method to help you shift/re-frame your understanding of wellness, and invite you to embark on a journey toward health through nourishment, inspiration, intention, and self-discovery.
