Hi there,

I am Agata, and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 10+ years of experience working with clients. I also have a background in teaching and language/linguistics as well as media and communications from my previous professional lives and fields of study.

I work primarily with people without kids because our stories in the workforce are so different from the stories of parents. The nuances in how we are treated at work and in life impact how we see our burnout and self-worth. There is very little space for us - professionals with no kids - to be open about how we experience and navigate our (chronic) fatigue and our challenges.

I am one of the billions of travelers of life (“Life is a journey” – I truly believe that) deeply curious about humanity, Art, time, joy, and language (how we communicate, how we talk to each other and even more so – how we talk to ourselves) and – of course – food.

I believe that how we feed our body is as important as how we feed our mind and soul, and Eat Be Stay Well is a manifestation of this belief.

I am happily married and I am a mom to a rescue cat Delilah.

More about me (if you are interested :) )

About you:

You are a busy professional yearning for a healthy lifestyle and a bit of a breather, but the frenzy never stops. The demands of your schedule are overwhelming, and you sense that it's not sustainable in the long run.

You promise to start taking care of yourself: eating better, exercising some, sleeping more, maybe picking up a hobby (ha!)  - but Monday unleashes its fury again, and in the evenings you find yourself too depleted to do anything that would feel meaningful, substantial, productive, let alone creative.

Sometimes you pause and wonder why you're so successful at work, maybe even an overachieving perfectionist, yet your time outside work, diet and wellness feel like a total disaster.

And if you don't have kids, you need to keep it to yourself. You have "more time". You can "sleep longer". You "should" have time for yourself. Your exhaustion may be dismissed. Overlooked. Because to be legitimately tired you need to masterfully juggle the frenzy of your demanding professional life with a kid.
Or two.

But burnout is a real thing.
Even without kids.

Welcome, this space is for you.

Unfrenzy your life (™) and go from depleted to nourished.
